I started a journalism course a couple of years ago and have been fortunate to be able to write around all the things close to my heart.

These include food (eating in, eating out, cooking, basically anything food related!), international issues which may not be on our doorstep but affect us all in some way, my big, wonderful, crazy Asian family, anything which gets my goat and the list goes on…

It’s a mish-mash of interests which reflects how many pies I like to have my fingers in.
